Why Unified Collegiate

Six reasons schools join and stay.

Weekly primetime broadcasts

Featured Varsity matches stream live every weekday at 7pm CT. Production studio, full graphic packages, story-driven coverage.

Bids to Riot & CECC nationals

Bids to the Riot Games College Championship and the CECC (Collegiate Esports Commissioners Cup) are decided at The Clash. Earn yours on stage, or compete for it virtually through the remote bid option if you win your online season.

The Clash LAN finals

Three days in Indianapolis, six titles, Championship and Challenger brackets. Every road in the league ends here, and so does every national bid.

Structured weekly competition

Eight-plus weeks of regular-season play across six titles, with skill-based divisions, schedules set in advance, and a workable reschedule policy.

Career-track student roles

Two additional student positions per team, in marketing and sports management. Students earn internship credit and build portfolio work along the way.

Governance + production support

Member-driven bylaws and budget, professional tournament ops, and OBS/vMix packages for JV self-broadcasting. We work with ADs as a partner rather than a vendor.

Pick a membership tier

Fixed-price tiers replace the old negotiated pricing. The application will auto-recommend a tier based on how many titles you enter, and you can adjust it on the review page before submitting.

Tier 1 · Entry
$750/year

1-2 titles. Online Track eligible. Best fit for new or small programs testing varsity esports.

Tier 2 · Standard
$1,750/year

3-5 titles. Most programs land here, in the competitive middle of the league.

Tier 3 · Premier
$3,500/year

6+ titles. For programs running a full varsity calendar.

Two ways to reach The Clash

For each team you enter, pick a track. Both play the same online regular season, and both can end at The Clash. If a title has fewer than 8 committed teams counting both tracks, it runs online-only and LAN teams get a refund.

LAN Track · Dedicated Slot
$1,500/team/title

A dedicated LAN slot guarantees your team's place at The Clash. Six per title, and a seventh may open. Includes competition entry, production, merch, prize pool, and awards. A $500 refundable deposit per team holds the slot through roster lock.

6 dedicated slots per title Travel + meal bundles optional
Online Track
$350/team/title

Online regular season and online playoffs, on the same schedule and standings as the LAN track. Win your online season (league-wide, or your region's bracket when fields allow) and you've earned your place at The Clash: travel to Indianapolis, or compete virtually through the remote bid option. $500 refundable deposit per team. A and B teams allowed with independent records.

50% deposit forfeit

If UEA cancels a title (below the 8-team LAN minimum, or any other reason on our end), you get a full refund of all fees and deposit.

How the application works

Step 1
Declare in one form

Tell us your program, your director, and which titles you're entering, with team count and track per title. We auto-recommend a tier.

Step 2
Review & submit

Confirm tier, teams, and the upfront total, then submit when ready. Your AD gets clear numbers to plan against.

Step 3
We send your invoice

After we review and approve the application, UEA issues an invoice for membership + per-team fees + deposit. Invoices go out the first of July. No payment widget on this site.
